Improv Theatre: The Method in the Madness
Are you curious about improvisational theatre: what it is and
how it’s done? Or do you just want to have fun and relieve stress?
Each week start with warm-up exercises to relax the body,
energize the soul, and focus the creative juices. Next, do improv
games to learn the individual and group skills necessary to create
complete improv performances. Each week, add new improv skills
and become more comfortable with the improv performance
process. Be sure to wear loose comfortable clothing. You may
have an opportunity to join a new improv troupe.
